Empowering Communities Through Real Estate
Triginta aims to make a tangible social impact, focusing on two key groups: our employees and our tenants. Internally, we employ the Barrett Method to align company values with those of our employees, ensuring a shared vision and cohesive organisational culture.
For our tenants, social impact is a cornerstone of our strategy. We actively seek projects that support vulnerable groups, creating ‘spaces for everyone’ by repurposing protected or existing heritage buildings. These developments enable us to provide meaningful assistance to these communities. We track our progress through KPIs such as converted square metres for vulnerable groups and other societal demand metrics like lives improved.
Our goal is to allow organisations supporting vulnerable populations to focus entirely on their core activities. We achieve this by delivering real estate as a service, emphasising health, well-being, and tenant satisfaction. Annual tenant satisfaction surveys inform targeted action plans to address any areas in need of improvement, directly linking to our tenant satisfaction KPIs.
We also monitor social impact data per asset through our Impact Management System, enabling us to address specific topics such as building comfort throughout the year. Beyond these primary focus areas, we strive to assess and enhance the well-being of other stakeholders involved in our projects, including our value chain partners and local communities. Measurements are tied to targeted actions to maintain or improve these relationships.
