Commercial Manager
Triginta is looking for a driven and results-oriented Commercial Manager to play a key role in the further development of our commercial activities. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new tenants and projects, maintaining and strengthening strong relationships with advisors, and achieving ambitious growth targets.
What we offer you
As a Commercial Manager at Triginta, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our commercial strategy. You will work closely with the Investment Manager and various departments to identify new business opportunities and help bring them to fruition. In addition, you will contribute to expanding our network and enhancing client satisfaction.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing commercial strategies to meet our growth objectives
- Actively generating leads for our portfolio
- Maintaining and expanding a network within the real estate sector
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with advisors, brokers, and partners
- Initiating, negotiating, and finalising commercial deals
- Supporting the acquisition process of buildings and projects
- Collaborating with investment, marketing, project development, property, and other teams to fully leverage commercial opportunities
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to strategically respond to opportunities
- Reporting to the Investment Manager on the progress of commercial objectives and the implementation of strategies

What you bring to our team
- You have several years of experience in a commercial role within a B2B environment
- You possess excellent negotiation skills and commercial flair
- You are a strong communicator and skilled in building and maintaining relationships
- You have strong strategic insight and can identify and creatively capitalise on market opportunities
- In addition to a solid command of Dutch, knowledge of French and English is an asset
- You are proactive and entrepreneurial, with a keen eye for new opportunities
