The long-term tenant? Ambiq. Their mission? To help children, young people, and adults with mild intellectual disabilities (MID) grow and thrive in a safe, supportive environment. That’s why this acquisition fits perfectly within Triginta’s strategy. It’s not about square metres—it’s about vision.

Five of the 6 buildings serve children aged 6 to 16. After-school care. Outpatient support. Intensive therapy. Diagnostics. Everything they need to be supported and to find perspective. A stable place to grow.

And the sixth building? Just as meaningful: it houses a care farm for adults who cannot live independently. Small residential groups. Day activities like gardening and woodworking. A place where care and independence go hand-in-hand.

Ambiq immediately extended its lease by 10 years, through to 2041. A clear signal: this works.
