About the building
Damianenklooster is a national heritage site set within a 13.5-hectare park in Sint-Oedenrode. The complex includes several historic buildings and a chapel, all embedded within a large landscape setting. Originally developed as a seminary, the site later took on a care-oriented role and remains closely connected to residential and social use today. Since January 2022, Triginta has owned the site.
Tenant
The site is home to care farm De Weievensehoeve, which provides a supportive living environment for people with care needs. The former owner, Focus on Impact, continues to lease Damianenklooster under a long-term agreement and remains actively involved in the care activities on site.
Use and layout
Long-term value
Damianenklooster has the qualities to remain a meaningful site for years to come. Its heritage, landscape and care-oriented character form a solid foundation for its further development. Any future evolution will build on these strengths, ensuring the site continues to serve the community it is part of.
