About the building

Damianenklooster is a national heritage complex situated in a 13.5-hectare park in Sint-Oedenrode. The complex comprises various historical buildings and a chapel, all set within a vast landscape. Originally developed as a seminary, the site later took on a care function and remains closely connected to residential and social facilities to this day. Since January 2022, Triginta has owned part of the complex.

Tenant

The site is home to care farm De Weievensehoeve, which provides a supportive living environment for people with care needs. The former owner, Focus on Impact, still leases Damianenklooster under a long-term rental agreement and remains actively involved in the operations on the grounds.
