About the building

Keerdok is situated between the old harbour and the river Dijle on the former industrial site of Fluvius in Mechelen, and forms part of the broader redevelopment of the area into a mixed-use urban district. The building, completed in 2023, was the first to be delivered within the Keerdok masterplan and marks a significant milestone in the transformation of this part of the city.

Use

The building combines public parking, commercial spaces and offices. It offers 516 public parking spaces, including electric vehicle charging points and bicycle storage. The ground floor houses a commercial space, whilst the upper floors accommodate the offices.
