About the site

Reyncomplex is a care complex in Hengelo, consisting of five newly built buildings and a care farm. The buildings are designed for specialised youth care and offer after-school care, outpatient support, diagnostics and therapeutic guidance for children aged six to sixteen, all on a single site. The care farm provides housing for adults in need of supported living, organised in small residential groups.

Tenant

The property is fully leased to Ambiq, a care organisation that supports children, young people and adults with a mild intellectual disability. Ambiq also provides home care services in the surrounding area.
