About the building
Schemerhoeve is a former monastery farm in Schimmert, near Maastricht, situated in an open rural area. The complex originally served as an agricultural operation connected to a religious community. Triginta completed the acquisition of the site in 2022 and commenced an extensive redevelopment, carried out with respect for the historical and archaeological value of the location, whilst adapting the buildings to contemporary residential care standards.
