About the building

Susterburcht is located on the edge of the village of Roosteren, in the Limburg countryside near the Belgian-Dutch border. The site originally housed a hotel before it was acquired by Triginta in July 2021. Part of the complex was subsequently redeveloped into a residential care centre for people with care needs. The redevelopment comprised 26 care studios, seven assisted living apartments and two respite care rooms, complemented by communal spaces and facilities. The transformation was completed in July 2022.

Tenant

The care complex is operated under a long-term lease by Focus on Impact, in collaboration with Zorg&Co BV. The model combines independent living with on-site support, allowing residents to remain in a familiar environment while receiving the care they need.
