About the building

Keerdok is located on the former industrial docklands in Mechelen and forms part of the broader redevelopment of the area into a mixed city district. Completed in 2023, it was the first building delivered within the Keerdok masterplan, marking an important milestone in the transformation of this part of the city.

Use

The building combines public parking, commercial space and offices. It provides 516 public parking spaces, including charging points for electric vehicles and bicycle parking facilities. A commercial unit is located on the ground floor, while the upper floors accommodate the offices.
