Transparency and Sustainable Policy
Transparency is a core value at Triginta. In 2025, we conducted an internal evaluation to identify areas where communication could be more transparent. This exercise revealed approximately 50 topics for potential improvement. While certain restrictions exist (e.g., GDPR compliance), we are committed to enhancing transparency within the real estate sector and will continue to make progress in this area.
Governance also entails implementing a sustainable policy that permeates the entire organisation.
- Internal Code of Conduct for Employees: Reinforcing our sustainable strategy among employees to ensure that everyone at Triginta understands, and adheres to, our values.
- Code of Conduct for the Value Chain: Extending our social sustainability strategy to all partners in our value chain through a binding document.
- Social Safeguard Policy: Ensuring human rights are upheld throughout our operations and project executions.
- Triginta ESG Framework: Outlining sustainable guidelines for contractors, architects, and sub-contractors, incorporating directives from BREEAM, WELL, and other certifications.
- Green Lease Agreements: Encouraging tenants to manage our buildings sustainably, mirroring our own practices.
Our impact strategy operates on two levels: areas where we aim to make a significant impact and areas where we maintain neutral sustainability. In 2025, we plan to assess the applicability of the EU Taxonomy as a classification tool to determine the sustainability of our projects. We aim to increase the proportion of EU Taxonomy-aligned projects across our investment and development activities.
Although Triginta is not subject to the CSRD legislation, we draw inspiration from it for our impact initiatives. For instance, we have conducted a Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) to identify key areas of importance, translating these into SDGs with associated action plans.
